Employees are deployed very broadly at Solvinity. You obviously have your own tasks, but there is also a lot of freedom and opportunities to do the things you like. It’s what gives you energy. Developments in IT are never-ending, so you have to learn constantly. Those who stop learning will simply cease to be relevant at a certain point. I learn something new every day.
The Solvinity DNA consists to a large extent of being there for one another and having fun together. Solvineers do not have a 9 to 5 mentality but always do their utmost, even outside regular working hours. Creativity is very important here, especially when working with customers. The customer need and the corresponding technical solution will often be the same in principle, yet the applicability to the customer environment must always be customer-specific. You have to be able to think creatively about that.
I’m essentially always proud of my work, precisely because we create excellent solutions for our customers together. As a customer team, we are responsible for a certain set of customers, for which we do everything in our power.
