At Solvinity, teamwork is central. When I visit a client on my own and propose a solution, I know that my team has my back. Solvinity does not really operate as a hierarchy. I can, so to speak, walk straight into the CTO or another board member’s office. As fellow engineers, we can always turn to one another, and everyone is always willing to help. I’ve seen nothing like it at other companies.

With regard to our customers, we distinguish ourselves with our expertise in the field of security. We guide the customer to set them up with a good Office 365 working environment in which all their applications are integrated and in which security is central. Our task is to find out what the customer is looking for in terms of functionality and to provide a suitable solution.

I have worked for Solvinity since 2013 and during that time I have been given plenty of freedom to develop myself. Employees are given the opportunity to choose their own growth path and are encouraged to follow training courses. For example, I followed my path within 2.5 years, by obtaining certifications and working alongside colleagues. I enjoy my job very much and feel that I can really make a difference at Solvinity.
