At Solvinity we work with our Solution Blocks. These are products or services that we offer in a standardised way. The advantage of these Solution Blocks is that we can easily deliver standard services to the customer and have them built by our engineers. Although Solution Blocks partly consist of standardised services, we customise these services for the customer. This is precisely where our added value lies: in the scope that remains for our creativity.



Engineers are given extensive freedom at Solvinity. For me, the word ‘empowerment’ best describes it: having the space to grow and avoid stagnation, because stagnation is decline. For example, I was given the opportunity to follow a part-time course in the evenings within the organisation. I also had the freedom to devote the necessary time to my studies and my thesis.

I think that I can definitely make a difference as an individual but, just like in a football team, you can’t do everything on your own. At the end of the day, it’s all about the results of the entire team. That is why we are always looking for people who can go that extra mile in our service provision based on their expertise or experience. This is how we take our work to the next level.
