Interview by phone
We would like to get to know you better through a telephone interview. It is an exploratory conversation, to get an idea of who you are and what you want. Of course we would also like to give you a more detailed picture of Solvinity.
First Interview
You will meet a team manager and a future colleague. The first interview is meant to get a better picture of your experience and to tell you more about our teams and colleagues. We show you your future workplace and tell you a lot more about the Solvinity culture.
Second Interview
You will meet 2 other colleagues who will go deeper into the subject matter and talk about your views, experience and way of working . This way we can determine where you are at your best within Solvinity.
Offer
Of course you want to start with us after all these conversations. But an appropriate and competitive offer is also important. You receive a great offer by mail.
Pre-employment screening
An important part of our onboarding is checking your ID, degrees and a VOG application. This is necessary to work with us.
Contract
If your pre-employment screening has started, we will send you your contract and our handbook. Of course we want everything to be well recorded and for you to know what you can expect from us.
