  • React to ad hoc tasks from the business and customers on both security and compliance as assigned by the team’s “weatherman”;
  • Promote quality and continuous improvement in the organization's control processes;
  • Be a key part of the Security & Compliance team’s effort to maintain its compliance certifications and assurance reports.

  • You have excellent communication and social skills;
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an inquisitive nature to detect issues others have not identified;
  • You are persuasive in your approach and communication, both internally and externally, both in writing and orally;
  • You are results oriented and able to work with deadlines;
  • You are able to build and maintain alliances with other groups and teams;
  • You are able to identify and influence stakeholders at all levels, including to senior management / director level.
  • You have an academic thinking level.

This is the team

The Security & Compliance teams aims to determine the effectiveness of risk management and control as well as the management of the organization.
